As an aspiring dietician, I love seeing articles that share the down to earth basics, not ridiculous "do a million and a half sit-ups a day" or "the cookie diet" sales pitches. So I got pretty excited when I saw this article. (And by pretty excited I mean very excited!!!) Check it out.

It takes time and serious practice listening to the cues being sent by your body, but once you find that groove and have a responsive relationship with your body, it's amazing.

I totally agree Kristalyn. I think the key is truly to live a healthy life style. If you are doing that, your body will find its healthy weight.
