O wow

Have you ever gone to babysit someone and there happens to be four extra people there? Making a total of eight? Well, that's what happened to me on Friday. (secretly I was hoping it would happen)

So the Soelberg family just had Jaren return home from his mission so ALL the 12 other siblings and some of their kids/husbands are in town. So I babysit for one of those 13 kids and she came to pick me up and her sister came to the door for me and as we headed to the car she says "And is it all right if you watch my little girl too?" I'm like "totally, no big deal." So we drive to their house and when we get there JanaLee - who I was babysitting for - says "O, and theres like 3 extra girls here because the cousins decided to have a sleepover." I said "Ok cool" but in my head I siad " YYEEEESSSSS!" because I've totally done this before with a different one of the families and it was so fun. So three of the eight kids are asleep...mostly. Amy's little girl was asleep, but the two boys were still getting there - slowly but surely. So I go in the girl's room and Bekah sees me and almost knocks me down with a hug - she was so excited for me to come. I love when the kids are excited for me to be there! So the girls that were there were Bekah and Mikayla Marriott, Anna Mae Walker (I used to babysit them until they moved to Cali - they're the ones that had the sleepover when I've babysat before) and Kourtney Maughn (her brother is my age so I know her family and she totally knows me) So they have an hour before they're supposed to be asleep and they were still waiting for Emma Adams. 

So we call Emma and she says she'll be there in a while. So a little while later we call again and her dad says she already left so the girls were screaming at him saying they loved him. So they run downstairs and look out the window and sure enough, there's Emma. They totally attacked her and took a while  to leave her alone so she could come inside.   So, now that Emma was there the party was complete. They watched a short little movie and then took forever to decide where everyone was sleeping... After they figures that out they were finally starting to settle down and so I left them for a little bit - knowing Anna and Emma would have them try and sleep - through the loud voice of Kortney... So I promised Bekah I would go in and 'tickle' her. AKA- lighty scratch her back. so I did and after less than a minute she was OUT! So...I went downstairs and did homework. after about an hour (at like 11:30) Amy's baby, Sabrina, starts crying. I go in the room, pick her up, she looks at me with the 'who the heck are you, you're not my most gorgeous mom in the entire world, get away from me! But then again I want to be held' look. She, of course, takes after her mom's gorgeousness and is the most stunningly gorgeous baby I've ever seen. So, Amy said she probably wouldn't wake up, but she did, so I had no idea what to do. I tried checking her diaper but I couldn't really because she had jeans on so it was too hard. Therefore, I decided to just hold her and hope she would fall asleep quickly. But she didn't and Janalee and her husband came home so she just had me put her in the crib and then she gave her a bottle and was fine. It was quite the night. I loved it!
